Rates:

• Rates start at $40/hr per person
• surcharge applies for extreme job conditions
• travel time applies for some jobs
• 4 hour minimum per person/day in SF
• Some Non-SF jobs require 6 hour minimum per person/day

Cancellation Policy:

• There will be a 160.00 non refundable deposit to secure a date, by Paypal or check (if time allows). That amount will be applied toward the final amount when the job is completed.
• In the event of cancellation, client forfeits deposit.
